investNT Investor Registration and Opportunity Listing (Smart Forms)
The information supplied on all smart forms will be treated as commercial-in-confidence by the Northern Territory Government (NTG). It will be entered into the restricted access investNT database for record keeping and project tracking purposes. Where appropriate it will be shared by the Department of Business (investNT) with other NTG agencies which are relevant to the enquiry. The information supplied will also be used to link equity investors with investment ready projects or businesses and vice-a-versa. It may also be used to develop an on-line listing on the investNT web portal only after further discussion and agreement with the provider.
Introductions between registered equity investors and investment ready projects / businesses will be facilitated by the investNT team. This will involve gauging the interest of both parties based on the information provided in the forms and then gaining approval (written or verbal) to release contact details to each party. The parties then conduct independent discussions.
We do not add any details from your email or smart form to a mailing list unless you have specifically requested that we do this. We do not disclose these details to third parties without your consent unless required by law. We do disclose your email details to the relevant authorities if necessary to protect the safety of the public or to protect the rights and property of the Northern Territory.
